Buying or selling a motorcycle interstate?
You don't need to travel interstate simply to collect or deliver a bike. FFS can collect from the seller or nominated pickup point and transport the motorcycle to its destination, making interstate motorcycle purchases and sales much easier to organise.
Where we transport motorcycles
Our regular transport network includes the major Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne corridors, along with selected regional Queensland services and Adelaide services by schedule.
Other locations may also be available depending on the route and current transport schedule. If your pickup or delivery location isn't on one of our regular routes, send us the details and we'll let you know what options are available.
If your dates are flexible, include that information with your quote request. It can give us more options when planning your motorcycle transport.
Preparing your motorcycle
A little preparation before collection helps make the transport process easier.
- Remove personal belongings from the motorcycle.
- Remove or secure loose accessories and detachable items.
- Make sure the motorcycle can be safely moved and handled.
- Advise us if the motorcycle is not running or has any mechanical issues.
- Tell us about modifications that may affect loading, dimensions or ground clearance.
- Make sure someone is available at collection and delivery where required.
How motorcycle transport works
1. Request a Quote
Provide the motorcycle details together with the pickup and delivery locations so we can price the transport.
2. Confirm Your Booking
Once you're happy with the quote, confirm the booking and we'll add the motorcycle to our transport schedule.
3. Prepare the Bike
Remove personal belongings and let us know about anything that could affect loading or handling.
4. Collection
We'll arrange collection according to the booking and transport schedule.
5. Transport
Your motorcycle is secured for transport and moved through the appropriate FFS route.
6. Delivery
We'll complete delivery to the nominated destination in accordance with the booking arrangements.
Motorcycles that need special attention
If your motorcycle is particularly valuable, modified, unusually large, non-running or has very low ground clearance, let us know when requesting your quote.
Providing this information upfront allows us to determine whether any additional equipment or different transport arrangements are required.

If your motorcycle needs to arrive within a particular timeframe, let us know. Priority or dedicated transport options may be available depending on the route, timing and equipment required.
These services are quoted separately from standard scheduled motorcycle transport.
