- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure items are well packed for safe transport whether sending or receiving.
- No claims for any damages will be entertained for any damage unless insurance is taken. At our discretion, we may consider reviewing a claim based on its circumstances. Any claims must be lodged in writing within 3 days of delivery.
- Booking cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50. This fee will be applied at the discretion of the company.
- All transportation costs are non-refundable.
- Our pick up and drop off dates are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances like severe weather and road conditions.
